Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Arca. By signing up or using the platform, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Arca. We wrote this in plain English so you can actually read it. Questions? Email legal@runarca.xyz.

1. Definitions

• "Arca" means the AI ops platform operated by Unbanked at runarca.xyz.
• "Unbanked", "we", "us", "our" means Unbanked, the company behind Arca.
• "You" means the person or business using Arca.
• "Workspace" means your isolated Arca environment — your tasks, data, and settings.
• "Agent" means an AI assistant within Arca that carries out operations on your behalf.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use Arca. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, email security@runarca.xyz immediately.

Each workspace is isolated. Your data does not mix with other workspaces. You can invite team members to your workspace, and you're responsible for their conduct.

3. What Arca does

Arca provides AI-powered operations assistance. You give instructions, and our agents execute them — managing tasks, sending messages, scheduling, reading email, working with files, and other operations work. Agents act on your behalf within the constraints you set.

Arca is not a person. It can make mistakes. You should review important actions before they become irreversible. We are not liable for actions taken by agents that you authorized.

4. Third-party integrations

Arca can connect to third-party services you authorize, including Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets, Slides), Telegram, and others. When you connect a service:

• You grant Arca access to your data in that service only for the purposes you enabled.
• Arca stores OAuth tokens securely and never shares your credentials with third parties.
• You can revoke access at any time from your integrations settings or directly from the third party (e.g., Google permissions).
• Your use of third-party services through Arca is also governed by those services' terms.

5. Your data

You own your data. We don't sell it, we don't train public AI models on it, and we don't use it for anything you didn't ask for. You can export or delete your data at any time by emailing privacy@runarca.xyz.

When you delete your account, we remove your data within 90 days (except for information we're required to keep by law, like billing records).

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Arca for anything illegal.
• Attempt to compromise Arca's security or infrastructure.
• Use Arca to send spam, harassment, or malicious content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or create competing products from Arca.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized people.
• Use Arca to process data you don't have permission to process.

7. Service availability

We strive for high availability but don't guarantee uptime. Arca is provided "as is" and "as available." We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with notice. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance when possible.

8. Pricing and billing

Current pricing is listed at runarca.xyz. We may change prices with 30 days' notice. If you're on a paid plan, we'll bill your payment method on file. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — email billing@runarca.xyz.

9. Intellectual property

Your content remains yours. By using Arca, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service. We don't claim ownership of anything you create through Arca.

The Arca platform, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Unbanked. You may not use our trademarks or branding without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Unbanked is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Arca, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Unbanked against claims arising from your use of Arca, including your content, your instructions to agents, and your compliance (or non-compliance) with applicable laws.

12. Termination

You can stop using Arca and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice where feasible. Upon termination, your right to use Arca ends, and we'll delete your data per Section 5.

13. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario. Before filing a claim, you agree to try resolving the issue by emailing legal@runarca.xyz and giving us 30 days to respond.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email or a notice on runarca.xyz. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
